A naked girl (Lile) lies dead and split open from the chest to the belly button, the wound opening in a long diamond-shaped slit. Amphetamine pills fill her body cavity and spill out onto the road. Towards the background of the image we can see a car driving away with it's boot (trunk) popped open, seemingly where Lile has fallen from. It is entering one of Canberra's large roundabouts, which spreads into the background of the image, grass growing in the centre of the roundabout island and along the sides of the road.
