A pallid and naked feminine body with a slit down her torso that reveals dozens of red and yellow eyes straddles a skull filled with maggots the size of pythons. In her hand she holds a tapered spike of metal, raised to strike against the skull entity. Behind them is a starry sky and a bare landscape dotted with black skeletal trees.
